Ambience

Subject to change, obviously.
As the scenes are almost entirely unrelated, the order may be changed; possibly even as late as the editing process.
I want the order to be increasing in weirdness throughout, from the relatively normal to the incredibly bizarre, which may not be apparent until they are animated.

You may notice that the number of scenes has changed from my premise.
I decided 42 was too many to finish in this class, since they all feature different backgrounds/characters, even if it is the answer to life the universe and everything.
So I know have "25 Random Scenes."

Progress

Well I have been working on the script for my animation.
It is almost complete, but it is still handwritten so I have to type it up before I can post it here.
I don't know when exactly that will be ready, but I will definitely have it up this weekend sometime.

Tutorial 1

Here is the first tutorial.

This one is the first one, made with only the ease in/out slider, and keyframes:

This is the second one, made with the custom easing graph, and no keyframes:

Premise

Well here it is, my premise.

The title of my animation is "42 Random Scenes"
The content will be just that, 42 unrelated scenes with no plot whatsoever.
I want to make them bizarre, surreal, and very random.
Not only will they be unrelated, they will be unexpected.
The beginning will be less unusual, but as it progresses, the clips will become more bizarre.
Because of the number of different scenes in unrelated locations (characters may be reused, not sure yet), the design will be fairly simple.
I know this seems very non-descriptive, but the script will have all the details.

Favorite Animations

Well I guess a favorite animation would be hard to pick, but here are some I like:

Any Pixar movie or short, especially The Incredibles.

Shrek, Ice Age, Robots.

Most Disney movies.

I do enjoy shows like South Park, Family Guy, Futurama, but sometimes not so much for the animation.

Since this is a flash class I guess I should put some flash animation.
I enjoy Homestar Runner, Charlie the Unicorn.

I guess that's all I can think of right now.
